New Member AgreementI have reviewed the Northwood Club, Inc. new member information. My signature below affirms my understanding of the following contents. I further understand:______ Yearly invoices (seasonal dues) - are sent to members in November at the beginning of the Northwood fiscal year and payment is due by May 1st each year. As a member, I understand that these dues are to be paid each year I hold membership regardless of my use of the pool and tennis facilities.______ Member – I understand that I am a member of the pool and have all rights therein. ______ Resignation - I understand, per the NW Bylaws, if I chose to resign my membership, I must do so in writing to the Board of Directors by May 1st. If my resignation is received after May 1st, I will be subject to indebtedness for unpaid fees to the Club and a lien will be placed against my membership fee.
